- รอบการตรวจ: ตรวจคุณภาพดินทุก 3 ปี และตรวจคุณภาพน้ำใต้ดินทุกปี ภายหลังการตรวจครั้งแรก
- การรายงาน: ส่งรายงานผลการตรวจภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันที่ตรวจเสร็จ
- เมื่อเกินเกณฑ์: เสนอมาตรการควบคุมและมาตรการลดการปนเปื้อนภายใน 180 วัน

- Who must comply: Category 3 factories of 12 types, e.g. textiles, pulp and paper, chemical products, paints, petroleum refining, metals and waste management facilities
- Monitoring frequency: Soil quality every 3 years and groundwater quality every year after the initial inspection
- Reporting: Submit the results report within 120 days of completing the inspection
- If criteria are exceeded: Propose control and contamination-reduction measures within 180 days
